"The nicest staff, all eager to help prepare the sandwich with generous amounts of toppings and get the customers on the way. I get sandwiches with my son every Wednesday afternoon and it's always a great experience. I'm sorry I don't know their names, but larger man with bandana and woman with deep red hair deserve recognition. "

"This was my first visit to the West Fargo location. Same awesome menu and beer selection, but better parking!I don't think I've ever ordered the same thing twice because they have so many different options and everything I've tried has been great."

"My partner and I came here on a Thursday night. It was pretty slow so we were seated quickly. When our server came by to take our orders, my partner ordered a tap beer. The server inspected his ID thoroughly (we are both 24) and handed it back wordlessly. After 10-15 minutes and watching other tables get served beverages, my partner tried to flag down the server to ask about his beverage but was unable to get his attention, so he went to the bar and asked the bartender for the tap beer he’d ordered. She said it would take a few minutes and then disappeared. By the time we got our entrees our server finally stopped by and my partner asked about his tap beer, to which he was told that the server thought his ID was fake and wasn’t going to serve him. This was the first time that this had been openly communicated to us after attempting to reach out to multiple staff. We’re both 24 with MN IDs, and the most disappointing part was that the staff had communicated with one another that they thought my partner’s ID was fake and we had been left out of this conversation entirely. We had the impression that he was avoiding our table that evening as we watched him serve the tables in our area multiple times and only saw him when we placed our orders and after we received our food. The situation was handled unprofessionally, and the lack of communication was disappointing. Our experiences here have always been great, but this was an embarrassing experience for us. We were able to talk with a manager who was professional and handled the situation well, but we left feeling very disappointed in our overall experience."

"Friday afternoon at 12:30... horrible! Took anout 5 minutes to be acknowledged. My 11 yr old son had to go ask a staff member if we seat our self or we wait! Finally someone came to help us. Got our table, waiter forgot my corona. When I finally asked for it again n got it, he acted like he didn't know what salt was, or if they had any.... food was garbage for the price! If there's less than a 1 star I would have chosen that."

"We were referred here by an employee of Scheels. We were very pleased with her referral! Our food was very tasty. Our server was very attentive, refilling drinks even before they were empty. Added to our stop list when we're back in Fargo!"

"The whole staff was exceptional. Jen our bartender suggested the right drinks, the two managers Cameron and Alyssa were dialed in, and even the chef Rich came and talked. The balloons seemed very festive, must be Jamesons birthday. Lee sparked the festivities with the decorations."
