"I know places have their good days and their bad days. on good days the food is amazing and the orders are correct. There's been countless times recently that the food has either been wrong, missing items and overly salty. No slander, used to work there. It had a decent atmosphere. I'll just order in person from now on instead of ordering through an app, could've been our mistake but could've been there mistake. Heartbroken I got a Chicken gyro smothered in sauce and no fries"

"Before the Pandemic started we patronized often. The girls (older ladies) that had been employed there had been employed there for Years, they had WT together. Food was good, place was clean. About 6 months ago I paid them a visit and The girls were gone, and there's a whole new staff including a new chef. And it's (under new management). I ordered the same thing that I always have, a butter burger platter with fries and coleslaw. The whole meal was ghastly.The meal went into the trash. They have changed the meat and the oil they use to prepare the fries, the coleslaw was dry with no seasoning, and the mayonnaise tasted off/cheap. So in my opinion they need go back to the products that were used prior to the management change and they could benefit by hiring a new chef."

"I hadn't been here in so long. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak. I immediately went down memory lane. The problem was that waffle fries weren't crispy. They were thoroughly cooked, but not crispy as I specifically ordered. I also commend the staff for handling the irate customer who was causing a scene. I made sure I was nearby the door just in case, but again they handled it so everyone's safety was ensured."
