"This restaurant defintely doesn’t deserve the 2 stars, but only because our server was new and she did check on us MULTIPLE times while waiting to receive our food. Let me start off by saying, I haven’t been here in YEARS due to the fact I had a horrible experience/service last I came and refuse to ever come back. Tonight, I had decided to go out with with my fiancè and my in-laws out for a Birthday dinner for myself. Every year it’s always so crazy around this time, because everybody is going out for dinner dates for Valentine’s day whether it’s the day of or after. We have tried a different restaurant this evening, but was too busy. We had decided on Olive Garden since I do have a co worker who just started there and thought i’d give it another shot. Boy was I wrong. We waited for an hour and 37 minutes for our food. We sat at the table and waited with patience til we saw every table was being cleared off and ready to go home meanwhile we sat and waited for another 40 minutes. When my in father in-law had walked up to the front to ask how much longer our food was going to be there were 4 different servers/hostess standing up front and all scattered once my in-law approached them. Rude. The only good that came out of it was that the manager on duty was nice enough to comp our entire meal and apologize. Definitely won’t be coming back anymore after tonight. Worse Birthday Dinner i’ve ever had."
