"Terribly disappointed. Expected Olive Garden quality unfortunately that didn't happen. The server was unearthed, smelly, and unmaintained. Looked like they hadnt combed their hair in month (female named Drew). The soups were cold abs tasted as if they hadn't been prepared properly. Gnocchi was thick and pasty. Zuppa tasted the nothing but bacon grease. Salad had zero dressing. Special ordering was impossible and out of the question. Terribly disspointed."

"I will say the food was good. My waiter, Colin, however not so much. After he took our initial order and brought our food he never came back. My entire party of 4 went without a single refill. We also ordered the Neverending alfredo sauce for our breadsticks and had enough for 3 breadsticks amongst us. We asked for more when he brought our main course. We waited 40 minutes and had to ask another waitress to get our waiter so we could get the check and leave since no one was in the mood to stay longer to order dessert. If not for the waiter, the experience would've been fantastic as we love it here."

"Was in store yesterday waiting for my food and the phones were ringing off the hook and not one of the four people answered the phones, the two males I saw walk in to the back looked very very visibly dirty and one of the males was calling someone in the back mom and kept making kissy faces towards her. I’m not sure if he was an employee or just one of the workers children but he did have a Pizza Hut hat hot and he was staring at my 17 year old daughter making her very uncomfortable. The food took a very long time to come out considering we were the only customers in store and no one was answering the phones"
