"EDIT 2: The coupon worked, and the pizza was correct. I bumped the review back up to 5 stars for the swift and satisfying customer service and great food. Thank you guys! EDIT: I previously had a negative review posted here following 3 incorrect order mishaps in a row and an inability to reach them to discuss the issue. Very shortly after, the owner responded to this review with an apology and emailed me directly with a coupon for a free pizza. I consider this pretty solid customer service, so I bumped the review back up to 4 stars. Once we're in the mood for pizza again, we're definitely going to give them another try. Their food is consistently tasty, well-cooked, and may be the only pizza place on the planet that actually slices the pizza all the way through. ; I'm happy to give them a full 5-stars if we start getting the orders correct again. The food is definitely deserving of a good rating and I really do appreciate the owner reaching out to help fix the past problems. Fingers crossed that we were just unlucky!"

"Not excellent food but definitely good. Very generous portions! Our delightful waitress had a party of 15 that came in just after we did, plus they were on the opposite side of the restaurant, so we had to wait quite a bit for everything (placing our order, getting our food, getting drink refills, getting our check). I should probably have asked her to just let another waitstaff take care of us so she could focus on the large group. She really did do her best to keep everyone happy. It is a nice place and we'll definitely go again. "We have lived next door for years, and the ownership has given multiple rude responses to using leaf blowers before 7 am, tailgates and causing damage to our fence!! It's getting ridiculous. The pizza is always burnt anyway."

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE NIGHT MANAGER. Usually, Fazoli 's is my favorite place to eat...but not this time. First of all, I called ahead to place my order but was hung up on! Intentionally! The guy on the phone was so rude and apparently thought I wouldn 't make it in before they closed, so he just hung up while I was speaking. Well, like I tried to tell him, I was basically right outside. So, twenty minutes before close, I was inside and placed my order. The manager, whose name was Cory, (I asked and was very rudely answered) was so awful. I decided I needed to leave this review right then because of how I was being treated so I started walking around taking photos. He asked me why and I told him I was planning on leaving a review. He tried to be intimidating and tell me to stop, but I didn 't. I haven 't been treated so disrespectful at a restaurant before. That 's not even including the fact that the place was filthy. With as many people working as there was, there 's no reason it should have been that dirty. Even the sidewalk in front of the building, the parking area, ordering area inside, and the women 's bathroom was nasty. The food was good, but the service? Absolutely horrible. 'Cory ' needs a big attitude adjustment and to learn to talk to customers the right way, not by being a bully. Terrible. Just awful."

"A mother's night is over. pleasantly surprised with the great experience we received. called to be put on the waitress, hostess was friendly, we sat fast and enjoyed a tasty dinner, that was reasonably expensive. all seemed great to work together. oksana was our waitress and she was perfect! we will definitely come back!"
