"This Fazoli?s has been over the top wonderful every time I have been here. The customer service cannot be beat. The staff at this location are always so nice and so attentive. They make you feel welcome and they are on top of cleanliness inside therestaurant. The food is hot and accurate. The pepperoni pizza had cheese under the pepperoni pieces and on top of them too! Thatmade for an excellent bite. The new garlic chicken ravioli was out of this world good. I really hope they keep it on the menu.The Chicken Parmesan was great per usual. The portion sizes were large, especially for the price. They had to go boxes in thecafe ready for customers who dined in to grab when they were ready if they needed it and I really liked how convenient that was.The condiment bar was stocked up, organized, and clean. I really cannot suggest this Fazoli?s location enough if you?re lookingfor a quick Italian meal on the cheap. They are amazing here and I hope upper management knows just how wonderful the staff ishere!"

"Was frustrated the podium. Was asked if seating in the bar area was ok. Restaurant was empty. I told her that I prefer to sit in a bigger booth not in bar as there were 3 of us. Then I was told that there was no server for the other side. So #1 WHY ask me if you can't accommodate us #2 it's hard to believe that only the bar area is open in the WHOLE restaurant 4 PM . We had just flown in and this was my husband's choice. If not for that I would have walked out. The server made up for 1st impressions."
