"Hubby and I tried ihop for brunch after an emotional burial of a loved one. I walked in and nobody welcomed us. a few minutes waited and a worker came here to sit us. it wasn't too busy, but there were only two servers that I noticed that I worked the floor, sitting and running the front counter. we ordered a delicious mango infused limonade and a wild berry limonade both with fresh blueberries and our food. the drinks were at almost $3 per delicious! we were thirsty and drank both pretty fast. while we wait, we ate our blueberries and our server went several times to help others and noticed that we needed fillings, but never asked because they took care of other tables and sat new guests. I had a directed look at the kitchen and noticed that our order was up. I saw the other server seeing my pancakes to see if they were for their table and touched my cake with their naked hands. she turned one and saw under him and then under the second cake. she noticed that it wasn't her order so she waited for me to watch her touch my pancakes with no glove for the whole time. the chef saw how she touched her. when my server went to get the plates to the board, I informed them about what I experienced and immediately asked for a fresh stack. then I also asked for a refill on the limonade and she said they do not allow to refill. I was shocked! it was far too good and too small, not to allow refilling especially after what I experienced. So we asked for water. the fresh pancakes arrived and the server explained they were untouched. I thanked her and ate. the food and the drinks were good. the prices were in order without saving the refilling limonade. the service was friendly and friendly, but close. not her fault. we have appreciated their efforts, given you a generous tipp and informed the other server to treat the entries without gloves more carefully."
