"You could not customize the food.For instance I wanted to add turkey sausage to a sandwich. They sell turkey sausage sandwiches, but if it's not already on that particular sandwich you can add bacon but not turkey bacon or turkey sausage.On top of that the people working there spoke minimal English, so communicating what you wanted was difficult. This would have been a non issue if the kiosks allowed you to have it your way.If you're going to have kiosk ordering, then you should have all the choices. I can add anything Chick-fil-A makes to any sandwich. Adding non pork options to a sandwich should be an easy ask."

"This place is amazing. I’ve tried at least 5 of their items and each has been excellent. Prior to Ratio BAKESHOP, my favorite scones were from Chapel Hill NC; these are even better. I occasionally like a traditional: egg, sometimes bacon, and toast/biscuit breakfast. I tried their Breakfast Sandwich croissant; it was 3 times better than a usual traditional. Prices are very reasonable and the quality is great. The atmosphere is fresh and cozy. I have not yet tried their sandwiches or salads, but I know they will be gems. This is a very professional operation."

"Everything looks run down and not maintained. Was pulled ahead where I waited for 16 minutes in the drive thru lane. Chicken tasted like it was fried in old dirty oil. Fries were cold. The young man cleaning was pleasant. He came out and said hi and asked if everything was ok. Sounded genuine. TIP...the rest of you could learn hospitality from that young man.
