"We 're what you might call, super regulars. My husband and I come in twice a week for lunch (and try to avoids the massive brunch lines on the weekends if at all possible). This is our favorite place for cappuccinos in the area, and we love the rotating menu. I miss the frequently rotating donut menu, but I get what their trying to do with the additional pasties. We, personally, always have awesome service! The staff all knows us by name, knows our orders, and a few of them make a point to come around and talk to us or give us hugs. There 's a funny story where one of the team members brought me a free tiny donut because she (mistakenly) heard I was pregnant. I do understand the view points on customer service that some of the reviewers here mention, however, I would comment that it 's not really their fault and I think the blame here might be misunderstood/replaced as I think they are doing the best they can with what they are given. The management at Monuts has super strict policies regarding what changes can be made to items on the menu which pretty much sums up to no substitutions unless it 's to make something vegetarian by replacing the meat with avocado (nope, not an egg) and only if there 's not already avocado on it to removing ingredients (nope, you can 't replace them with something else). No, they won 't take it off and put serve it on the side. No they won 't put the side of eggs you ordered on the sandwich, unless that particular menu item denotes 'add an egg ' as an option under the description. No, you can 't save a table for your party regardless of who 's in it and frankly, I appreciate that when the lines are out the door and down the block. The management has a lot of rules, and the servers are actually super friendly people who are just having to tell you, the 10th customer with the same complaint today, that they can 't accommodate your request to serve your sausage on the side, because they would likely loose their job at one of the few living wage restaurants in the area."

"This location is great. I placed a call to this IHOP location (STORE ID 4505) and my call was answered within 2 rings. EXCELLENT! The staff member was able to take my order and repeat the order for quality control and we were able to end the call within 2 minutes. EXCELLENT! When I arrived at the IHOP location and walked up to the register, I was greeted by one staff member (female) who got my bag of food. Then another staff member (male) arrived at the register to complete my transaction. Great overall customer experience. Food quality was great."

"I remember going here when it was just called Emery Farm back in 2013. In winter, I still recall when the market had issues with heating so they had a little heater serving a 800 sqft area and it was still cold and their process was archaic. Nevertheless, It was a nice little place and they used to have a little shop. Gave me a small town farmhouse market vibe. Used to go there for apple cider donuts and hot apple cider. Pumpkins during its season.They invested a lot of money remodeling this place since then and I do like it from a business perspective. However the old farm house market from what I remember dissipated and the market feels like I am walking into a section at Stonewall Kitchen. Different time, different place and I am happy these folks remodeled this place and I do like it. I still support this place for sentimental reasons and I still get their apple cider donuts when they are available. I recommend."
