"I have visited Confessions several times in recent months and enjoyed light lunches, snacks and coffee... but on a recent morning visit I decided to have a breakfast sandwich. I was so impressed that I just HAD to write a review. I can 't remember the last time that I ordered a bacon sandwich in a cafe and was asked 'How would you like your bacon cooked? '. This is what the staff member said and I was able to ask for crispy, well-cooked bacon. What a difference it made. The bacon sandwich was just how I like it. I also requested toasted brown bread and got the bonus of some tasty tomatoes in balsamic vinegar on my plate when it arrived. There was a generous amount of bacon and the service was swift and friendly. Freshly-cooked food, made just the way you like it. What 's not to love? So while my crispy bacon sandwich (pictured) might not be to your taste.... you could ask for it your way."
