"We stopped here for lunch this week without having made prior plans. The place was empty. I ordered the Tarragon Chicken Club. It was delicious! I replaced my fries with a small side green salad. The lettuce was a mix of dark greens and the vinaigrette tasted homemade. Nice touch for pub fare. The sandwich came in focaccia bread with aioli and tarragon marinated chicken. some apple wood bacon. Delicious. My husband ordered the charcuterie plate. We were pleasantly surprised. Nice salamis, comfit of maple bacon, some brie, some blue cheese, pickled onions, crostini. Quite filling. Will go back."

"We stop yesterday in cora on the 19th juli 2022. we were always happy with their breakfast, but this day we decided to try their sandwiches. I order the smoke meat panini and my wife the aftero grilled cheese. we share the sandwiches so that we both share opinions. both of us were not impressed. Moreover, the waitress said that it was the first time she served them and didn't even ask what we, if we like them, we were not impressed by her. then the bill came with pointed the bill came to 50 for 2 sandwiches no drinks no coffee only the sandwiches wow. rather stay at breakfast."

"This was an early supper on Father's day. After a full day in the sun we were tired and hungry. Our service was pleasant and food was great. Order, drinks and bread came right away, though food took a little long (30 min). It tasted great though:- scallop and bacon appetizer - great chili sauce to cut the bacon grease a bit- ahi tuna tacos - that one was all around a great. - prime rib sliders - excellent, juicy and tender- burger - perhaps the least successful dish as it was a bit burned on the outside and undercooked on the inside. One of our usual appetizers didn't arrive. The server apologized and quickly had it delivered to the table. We told her that we may have forgotten to order as it. She comped us for it anyway. Overall, great experience ml - better than the last one we had at the downtown Keg."

"Just had dinner there with my hubby. Lovely patio by the water and watched the kayakers and boaters. Other then the friendly service that's all I can say that's good about the canal Ritz. I don't appreciate 1.5 inches of foam on my beer, that's a short pour and a Rip off. The basket of buns that arrived were cold and the dough was spongy and not baked enough, we couldn't eat them, and neither were other diners I noticed. I ordered the Caesar salad, lightly tossed with some extra dressing on the side, and lemon slices. The salad was ok, the chicken on top adequate, but even with extra salt and pepper and the lemon, I could not detect any real flavour from the dressing, bland!! Definately from a big plastic jug, not home made. Hubby had the pasta special, when I asked him how it was, he would just smile and say, "nice view" and wink. I realise it's coasting by on attracting tourists and relying on its beautiful location, but, seriously, there are much better options around for a good meal. If you're a tourist, I suggest a walk along the canal, sit on one of the many benches to enjoy the view, then go for a meal elsewhere. Sorry ritz, never going back."
