"Good food, terrible service!!!I went to this restaurant last night to pick up my order and was disrespected by the bartender.After I entered the restaurant I had to wait 10 minutes or so for my order, which wasn’t a problem.After my order was done being prepared, it was handed to the waitress, who then handed it to me along with the handheld scanner for payment.I kindly tapped my card on the small screen for payment, selected no tip(because I wasn’t served), and signed for completion.After I was done signing the scanner, the waitress pulled the scanner away and says, “WOW, no tip,” rolls her eyes, walks away, and slams the scanner on the counter.I’m not sure why or when we as America developed this concept that we deserve a 18% tip just because and I hope that bartender never treats anyone like that again. But as a reminder- My order was for pick up. I was not seated or waited on."
