"Brisket: Very good. It reminded me of Gatlins without the rub. 1/4in smoke ring. Dip tenderly and very moist. No knife needs. Film packaging most likely. Intensive smoke taste always increases the score. No sauce required. My sad part made me sad. I grinned under my ribs and sausage to find more, but it was all gone."
