"The food here is somewhat pricey, except when they bring it out to you, you'll understand why the sheer size of the plate and portion justifies it, and if that's not enough for you, the food is so good it makes you want even more then what's been given! The staff are polite and courteous and print as well. I highly recommend this place if you're into the whole smoked BBQ scene."

"The first time I came to this restaurant I didn't know what to expect. So I ordered and got the hot dog with Mac n cheese. The service was good and the food came out quickly even though it was busy. I took a bite of the hot dog and Mac n cheese and it was delicious. I would definitely plan on going back there again."

"I love barbecue but this place didn’t knock my socks off I ordered the sampler plate expecting enough food for two peopl good thing my gf ordered something that resembled grilled cheese which looked disgusting let’s put it this way the brisket Was incredibly fatty I think there was more fat than meat and the pulled pork was dry and about two mouthfuls and the same as the pulled chicken the cornbread resembled something more like heavy yellow pound cake"

"We traveled through augusta on Monday afternoon. looking for a place for a cold beer and a sandwich, we passed woody’s, and thought we would give them a try. we were greeted when we came in and sat at the bar. there were maybe 10 beers on the tap, but there were dozens of bottles/cans beeing in display coolers. the diversity was impressive. I ordered a brisket sandwich and enjoyed it very much. the meat was cut thick and was very delicate and had a wonderful smoked taste. it came on an imperial art roll that was well kept, but was light and airy. my friend had a half rippchen that were very tasteful and delicate. we both have the feeling that prices are a bargain for the quality/quantity of food. the barkeepers and server were friendly and engaged. I'll be back next time in the opposite."
