"I love smashburger but this one is awful. They don't get orders right at all even with double checking. When they messed up my daughter's sandwich by adding cheese I brought it back up and they literally scraped most of the cheese off added more sauce and brought it back and kept the fries. She's lactose intolerant. She cannot have cheese or she gets sick. She tried to lie saying they didn't but I could still see the cheese pieces on it. I gave her my sandwich instead since they didn't care to actually fix their mistake. They also charged us for 2 extra sandwiches we didn't order and messed up the coffee. Not even half of the order was correct. If you go here just be prepared for your order to be wrong and them not fix it."

"For the delivery ordered. it took about an hour to come here. no big thing. the food was cold when we got it and we missed a whole meal. When my man tried to call her, he was hung up to go there. he came with what he thought was the right thing to eat, but it was still wrong. badly wrong."

"Months later, decided to give him another attempt because they finally had mushrooms back, a must for me on the NY Steamer. Fast service, somehow rude, but was all excited home to have it as I have in over a year.. NO MUSHROOMS although I have ordered and paid extra... I can't win. After I stood around the feeling for 5 minutes while the 2 ladies ignored there, I finally asked a question about the sandwich I usually got and was looking at how I had just come to her personal home and asked to borrow a bath towel."

"The place was a bit sketchy when we first pulled up with bars on the windows, but we decided to try it. The food was good, but it was just okay to me. The noodles in my pho was a bit chewy but the broth had a good flavor. They also have smoothies and boba as well. I would say do not judges the book by its color and try at least give the place a try. I thought the place was just okay."

"Best they can eat the place for hot pot from all that I have tried in the opposite of denver. good meat selection and many other classic. my favorite is the fish fillet is so flaky and melts in her mouth. I have two problems, but they are both broth related. the hot and spicy broth is lacking seasoning, in which the broth should have a kick and the deafness of the Chinese pfeffer grains, but it is just a little spicy without deep. Secondly, there is no possibility to have several broths, which, in my opinion, is essential for the hot pot experience. the place would really benefit from split pots. the personal is quite attentive, but think that the place is huge and often fills up so that the personal can be thin to time, but they will always do their best in the way they are to record them."
