"Very nice barbecue restaurant. Simple ambiance. Extremely informal, down to use of plastic ware. The food itself was quite good, including the brisket and ribs. The prices are extremely reasonable, with most combos including two sides costing under $10. A local co-worker recommended it, and she didn't steer us wrong. Try it. Y'all will like it."

"My wife and I decided to go to Izzy's for breakfast while traveling. Nice and friendly staff. The food was below mediocre. The quality of the food was between Denny's and Waffle House. Also I've been in cleaner restrooms in gas stations on the interstate. The restroom floor was in real need of being mopped. It's too bad the food and the waitress can't be rated separately. She deserved better."

"The staff there are very helpful and nice. I can't eat onions that I forgot that my sandwich came with onions, so I forgot to ask it without which was completely my fault and I went and spoke to them and they made me a complete new sandwich without onions and were very friendly. Another day later I went back and the manager reminded me and asked the crew to make sure there were no onions on the sandwich before I got it at all without saying anything when I asked for no onions, but she was only sure because she knew I couldn't eat them. They were always very polite and friendly and helpful I love the staff in this restaurant."
