"Really lovely pub! Came here with my partner on a reservation but our walk was faster than expected but we still got seated for lunch (an hour early). Served by Sally who was wonderful, food and drinks were fairly priced for size and pleased with the dishes themselves, service was fast and attentive and facilities were clean. Will definitely come back for a pint after a walk again!"

"Wow what a truly brilliant place. Great people and the best noodle soup I've ever had...and I've had quite a lot. Recommend mixing the satay beef and the brisket (comes with delicious gooey tendon) with the clear broth and a modest amount of their own very hot chilli sauce. I will be back...a lot."
