"We went to Crazy Q for the first time today and we’re very excited to try his j chicken. We arrived a little after 11 and he said he wouldn’t have any j chicken available until 3 o’clock. We were disappointed but bought some pulled pork and said we would be back at 3 for the chicken. I pulled into the parking lot exactly at 3 to place our order. I was informed they had sold out of the chicken during the noon lunch time but he would have some more ready in about 45 minutes and I could come back then. We drove 20 minutes each way to purchase food so I said I would not be back in 45 minutes. He said well I’ve have some tomorrow at noon so you can come back then. No matter how good the food is there’s no substitute for customer service. I’m extremely sad to say I just won’t be back."

"I ordered from this place to go for the first time with their online ordering service for an order (which was very fast). I have one of their lunches and there came with a container for the broth another container for all things going into the broth and a spring roll. The portion size was very generous. The whole food was wonderful, but the peanut sauce that came with the spring roll was to die. I also have a Boba tea a seasonal taste: Wintermelone was delicious! Hands down one of the best drinks I ever had"

"The food was OK, but the experience was awful. Upon arriving at just before 9pm on a Thursday when you would expect them to be busy, the place was dead, and I later found out why. My fiance and I sat at the bar. No bartender to be seen. We waited a few minutes almost to the point of just getting up and leaving. Finally a bartender showed up. She wasn't friendly or welcoming at all. No drink menu or beer list, so I had to get up and go over to the taps myself to see what they had. There was one very sticky menu on the bar for us to share. The food was OK not bad, but not worth going back for. I can deal with bad service if the food is amazing. It wasn't. We had to basically flag her down 2 more times to get more drinks. She definitely had an attitude that she wasn't happy to be there. I really hate to give a restaurant a bad review based on the performance of one employee, but it really made for a bad dining experience. Sorry."
