"There was a bit of a wait Sunday morning. I had called in my order and still had a good wait in line. For those unaware of the process, call in the order and wait in line. Give them your name,pay for the food, and proceed to the pick-up window. Anyway, I ordered the ribs and 2 pork steak plates. If you want the brisket,chicken, or sausage plates, then arrive early. They will sell out and you will miss out."

"My sales team and management staff were in the mood for Dickey's today so we tried to call in a pick up order. We needed 10 orders the 2 meats/2 sides specials. I provided names so it would be easier to tell whose food belonged to each person. I asked them to call me back because I know it was going to take a while to put all of these plates together and they had other customers to serve already on site. After an hour I called back to see if the order was ready because I didn't receive a call to find it was. Upon picking up the food, there were some sides missing, no BBQ sauce was put in the bag. A year ago, this would all be checked and corrected prior to pick up. For this order to cost $168 for 10 people, I would have expected this to be a little better. Opelousas is getting more food options now so it's going to be a very long time before we consider giving patronage here again."
