"Hands down the best BBQ joint in the capital district!! We found them when searching for food options for our wedding. Rob and Amy were so welcoming when we first asked to try food. We chose them for our wedding and they did not disappoint. Our family is full of foodies along with that of course being the bride I had a few asks about things that Rob wasn’t sure if they could pull off. When it came to the day of the wedding Rob and his staff pulled everything off even those extra details he wasn’t so sure of at first. Everything was perfect not one person walked away hungry or disappointed!! Absolutely try them and if your thinking of catering a wedding or event do it!! They are amazing and there staff are friendly and work like a tight knit family!! We have since become friends because that’s how easy going they are!! Love them hands down!!"

"Smith's Smokeshack Kitchen was the hit of the party. Tim, Josh, and Bridget are incredible. They worked with us keeping in line with our budget, created a delicious menu that everyone loved, and made the event extra special with touches like custom menu and menu board for display. We will be booking them again and again! Can't wait to see them at the next pop up location too.Vegetarian options: That mac and cheese is what dreams are made of! And the coleslaw, forget about it!Kid-friendliness: They created a custom kid menu for us! The kiddos were thrilled since they were able to go up to the window and order on their own."
