"I ordered a cheeseburger and cheeseCake on 12/8/21; I received a cold hamburger and cold limp fries and a French Dip sandwich and more limp fries.No cheesecake ? The worst part is I only live 3 blocks away and was hoping for a better result."

"Worst experience in quite some time at any place. The place was clean, but didn 't smell like a BBQ spot should, the food clued me in to why. Bland as could be, I only ate half my plate. My wife 's food had ingredients that weren 't listed on the menu, which wasn 't terrible because she just doesn 't like cheese, but what if she was allergic, that would be dangerous. Then we were asking the waitress about something on the bill cause it was slightly confusing but not a deal breaker, and we even said it wasn 't an issue, just wanted clarification. So she has the manager come over, says he can 't do anything about it but he call his general manager. He came back 4 minutes later saying there 's nothing that can be done, even though we told him we didn 't care. Worst part is I 've known many restaurant managers, they always are able to comp, or make adjustments, whatever. They were just judging us for lord knows what reason. We have a limited verbal autistic daughter, and she can be loud and difficult for wait staff and whatnot and we always tip heavy to let them know we appreciate their efforts and we have restaurants that love us and we love going to those places. Screw this place, and it was my 40th birthday, which now has this wonderful memory to have tied to that joyous day. Won 't be going back, ever."

"We came around 7PM and waited less than 15 minutes to be seated. The food was good, and our server was quick and attentive. They also have all you can eat which is a plus. Only bad thing was the table was slightly dirty/greasy when we were seated. The restaurant also has poor air circulation and it was suffocating and hot in there. Otherwise, the atmosphere and food were enjoyable."

"The food here is amazing, unfortunately our waitress was having an off day. The other waitress on when we went seemed to serve her tables well. I can't give a five since our waitress wouldn't let us finish ordering and never checked up on us, but the food earned all three stars here. I would recommend the Strawberry Shortcake. It's big so save room."
