"Dined on Saturday 19 Dec. Fried spring rolls were dry and reminded me of cardboard. Rice paper rolls were Ok as the dipping sauce was tasty. The crepe tasted bland and was very oily. Beef salad was very ordinary. I love Vietnamese food as it usually a punch in the face of interesting flavours. This really missed the mark."

"4 friends for lunch and we were all a little disappointed in the service at Twisted Chopsticks. Service was slow and piecemeal with orders interrupted by the waitress running off to service someone else. Meals came out at all different times and drinks were very slow. The food was tasty and enjoyable."

"I’d love to be more complimentary, but it was a poor experience. As my first choice was closed I wandered down the street and saw a picture of laksa in the window. But it turns out that is only served at lunch, and they wouldn’t do it. So the picture of the beef rendang looked ok (dry), but when it arrived it was just a wet, sloppy, tasteless beef stew. How to go in with such hope and expectation and come out so disappointed. Especially when you have to pay to have someone ruin your mealtime."

"Came here on a windy rainy Thursday night. Place was buzzing, nice and warm albeit a bit too noisy when it filled up. Service was very friendly. We were a bit sad that the menu on the night had changed from the online one but that’s okay We got: Truffle Mac and cheese mmm strong truffle flavour, beautiful gooey stretchy cheese, good seasoning. Winner Tomato and cheese Arancini balls with paprika aioli 4 good sized balls, super crisp, beautiful tomato flavour and microplaned Parmesan over the top.
