"Delicious BBQ and great service! Meats were perfectly smoked and text book tender. Their homemade bbq sauces were all full of flavor and complimented the meat perfectly. The bread the meats came on was genius. It held up to the meat and sauce without getting soggy. The Mac and cheese was tasty, but not what I expected. It was smoky with a chipotle flavor without the heat. All so yummy!!"

"This is our second experience here. The staff is always polite and the food was both amazing. This time, I admit that we were a little needy. I had ordered my son and eat there. We had to order for my daughter who didn't make it. They packed everything individually so it doesn't get muddy. They wrapped the rolls in foil. It was just really packed with care that I honestly feel is a rarity these days. Your buffalo sauce is amazing. I love her wings. I will definitely choose my son's buffalo chicken sandwich. Your Veggieburger I hear from my daughter is also really good! This is definitely a place we eat on every visit to the flag."

"Cuvee is a great place for a drink and a sandwich. It sits on Heritage Square and has a small range of good food in a modern but warm environment. We usually go for the Panini: The brisket with blue cheese fondue is consistently large, consisting of a chewing roll and damp meat. And the warm, rich melty cheese sauce? I'd eat cardboard in the stuff. The sandwiches (I also like the pig with Cheddar and Chutney) are served with a beautiful Cous-Cous and small green salad, which you can replace with a crispy potato salad for a refreshing change of pace. While we plan on the Panini when we go to Cuvee, they also have a delicious range of specialties and appetizers (e.g. the cheese plate) that are worth exploring. When you get up to dessert, the barely baked chocolate cake is a half-moled joy. And of course there is a wide selection of wine and beer! These include regular specials and weekly tasting events, such as the $10 Panini week night and beer, and tasting of food/wine pairings. You could even learn about wine, so you can look at Cuvee. Tell the blue cheese fondue I said hi."

"I traded through the new site and gave an order. It took 20 minutes to get out and ask the cashier to clear my order as soon as that was done, I expected my order to come out pretty fast, wrong. 30 minutes later they brought out my food. When I opened one of the boxes to fuck on an onion ring or two on my way home, the food was cold! When I came home, they messed up the orders and didn't give me the pages I ordered and where is the role? Portions are small, food was cold, service took too long. The beef breeze as soon as I heated it in the microwave was fine, it had clear gas taste of the barbeque that was used. I'd just suggest if you have a lot of time on your hands when I watched some people waiting at checkout or waiting for these guys to get their act together before they try. The potato salad was pretty good."

"The food was fantastic, we got it incredibly quickly, staff was friendly, this place is great. 1/2lbs of brisket, two sides, and a dish of Mac and cheese came out to around $50 and was the perfect amount for three hungry guys. It's well worth the stop if you're looking for barbeque, I couldn't be happier with our visit."

"Good BBQ! Had the 2 meat combo...pulled pork and brisket. Tender and smoked, but not overpowering smoke flavor. The beans were unique and good too. Glad I found this place!"

"I consider myself pho connesuer, I ate pho weekly in Chinatown, Honolulu, Hawaii. Growing up where the Pho was so delicious, lines would be out of the door and around the corner on Saturday during brunch hours, think without air conditioning! (They were the 80s! And in general, I try pho everywhere I... I'm obsessed. Hawaii and California have a great photo, and also Arizona, and this restaurant is surely one. I wonder if this is the only authentic Vietnamese place in Flagstaff?? Because certainly the dishes they were offered were authentic. The broth was absolutely delicious. My only grip was that my Pho went wrong even after a convot with the server, why I liked what I put in it. It was corrected. Second little handle? I miss seeing fish sauce and chili oil on the table as I used to see in some other places I used to get used to. Sometimes Vietnamese restaurants offer only two sauces on the table, hoisen and SRI Racha sauce like this place, and for me that's not fully traditional . This restaurant will give you an extra $1 for all the other sauces you order. All in all it is worth visiting here for the authenticity / delicacies of the kitchen. I'm not from the area, but I'm coming back when I'm in the area! I saw another reviewer down that it was 't authentic, that's not true... that you had to put together all the ingredients... this guy doesn't have to understand pho- etiquette "
