"Horrible attempts at good ideads. Needs to be more authentic and better executed. Meat loaf sandwich? More like frozen beef bs. Bet it was frozen patties or something the opposite of comfort food. Yuck!! If it wasn't frozen than still not up to par. It was a struggle to eat."

"A certain one has to stop and eat. Ribs were so tasteful and good, meat fell from the bone. Even the sweet tea was made perfect. Some of the best beans I've cost for a long time. Can't wait to come back and try the brisket."

"Usually service and food is good but on 9/24/23, 12:30 pm the woman working the window/speaker told us to hold took 15 minutes to come back even initiate the order. Then she told us to hold for 3 more minutes, there was silence, and then she asks him to repeat the order again and keeps dismissing/trying to end the order while he is trying to continue to order. She then tells us to pull up and that she will have the order out “shortly” no estimated time frame. Unhappy with this worker at Hamilton Arby’s. Took away the fast in fast food."
