"Quite possibly worst meal of our lives. With only about 10 people there on a Friday night you think things would go smooth. Food took forever, was over cooked and cold. Chip salsa tasted like ketchup with red pepper. Service polite but just overwhelmed and needs training. Ate a few bites and left to eat somewhere else."

"Ordered a pound of sliced beef, potato salad and Mac and cheese. Got home and opened the beef only to find some kind of shredded beef mess. Was not impressed. If I didn’t live 45 miles away I would have returned it. Otherwise the facility was clean and the staff was great. I’ll probably give them another shot but check my order before I leave next time."

"A decent place for food and drink. The atmosphere is really decent as well. The only thing I did not really enjoy was when we walked in, several people were seated in the main dining area where some good tunes and AC were being blasted. We were then ledto an extension to the restaurant that was beyond hot and humid. I did enjoy my meal and the music as we ate our supper. I willask to not be seated in this area if its super hot again. Just be aware the ac isn't very good in this area, and if you aresensitive to heat, you may not fair well there. I overall recommend this place to anyone that wants a good bar vibe withactually really good food!"

"Meers Store and Restaurant is like taking a step back in time for a good old-fashioned burger experience. We had the 8 ounce burgers, and I had fries while my husband had potato wedges. My sister and her husband ordered 8 ounce burgers with fried okra and onion rings. We all absolutely enjoyed our lunch and will 100% cone back. Be sure and bring cash because they do not accept cards. Although I think there's an ATM machine available."
