"When we went into the door, we were greeted by a very sweet lady. The line was a bit long but very fast moving. The lady who ordered was so efficient and polite. She moved the line with the efficiency of a general. The young lady in the register was very polite. The young man on the back processes the order with incredible efficiency. The dining room was clean and tidy kept ready for the next diner. I always loved Gates BBQ."

"Food was good, menu changed alot. As locals we get used to items, and several favs are no longer available. Iceberg wedge, lobster risotto, both gone????. It was unusually warm in there also. Service was terrific, just warm and menu changes are big disappointments."
