"We called In for lunch after a recommendation from my brother. We ate a bagel toasty and a corned beef pie. The pie was well filled and served with a pot of gravy. You could choose the bagel contents from the board and all the pies were fully described and sounded so tasty. We both enjoyed our food. The coffee was very strong and I couldn't drink it. I mentioned to the owner that the lock on the toilet does not close. Until it's mended a friend on guard would save your blushes."

"Delicious. Lots of choice. In fact too much. You get the English menu and the Chinese menu and the dim sum menu. Choice fatigue! However the food is very good. I got the rainbow vegetable soup and a prawn ball dim sum followed by fillet steak with Cantonese sauce. Very nice. I'm dreaming about going back for more."

"EatDrinkYorkshire.co.uk kritik kunst auf call in lane in leeds could be new peculiarities and a new name that it was previously known as the arts cafe) but if our recent trip was something to go, then regular diners do not need fear, as it serves to continue to be a thing of beauty. one of the original independent caffes of leeds, since the event opened in september 1994, it has provided a call for large tastings of food from the best and freshest local products, not to mention a fine selection of weeping and beating. despite its name, the atmosphere of art is far away. the thoughtful lighting conjures an air of relaxation and contemplation, supported by the variety of tasteful works of art by local, emerging artists who decorate the walls. the environment makes it a perfect lunch place or, as we have found out, a cozy venue for a quiet lunch. with an extensive menu to choose from, for our appetizer we for the thai fishcake £6.50,), which is wonderfully fleshy with a pleasant crispy coating, served beside a healthy wedge of fresh lime, sweet chili jam dressed pfefferrocket. for our other starter we went from the piste to specials board after we from the heirloom tomato mozzarella bruschetta £6.50) the tomaten were fresh and juicy, while the generous help of mozzarella were creamy decadent, contrasting nice with the crispy bruschetta, so the deviation away from the standard menu was good rewarding. for our net, the lamb shank £16.95) sounded too good to miss and it definitely delivered with the meat literally only from the bone. the dish was smoked with mixed beans paprika ragù mint yoghurt, was a riot of near-east aromen. superb. rounded off from a high quality evening of food, for our other porn we went for the pan seared chicken breast £14.95) accompanied by a beincrokett, roasted smoked speck, inherited, artichoked mushroom ketchup, came the quality of the individual elements back together to form another plate of an extremely high standard. the name may have changed, the high quality of food certainly has not. a fantastic and versatile location for everyone."

"1 environment (0.75/1): a part of the trinity kitchen it is neat, spacious and attracts some customers. my friends beat this on the basis of their previous experiences with huh and rice they loved. 2 foods (0.75/1): I ordered wok fried chicken noodles served with a sweet cool sauce in vinegar and some spruten. the amount was generous. well boiled chicken not about making one of the sauces. the noodles were as soft as necessary. the comminuted odours on the top added another texture to the whole plate, so it's even better for me! 3 service (0.75/1): I was served within 10 minutes. they give a phone like black box that vibrates and goes red when their order is ready! 4 innovation and technology (0.5/1 : my friends and I really enjoyed what was served us. known for his Vietnamese cuisine, this place has something that they can call their own! 5 wfm (0.75/1): a meal which costs a total of 6 pfunds. I was happy with it. there are places with better wfm, but I am not yet to explore :"

"Lovely pub and beautiful staff . Fabulous local beers too . Actually went there for lunch as I heard they good vegan options , they didn't. The menu was reduced because of covid I get that , but it's always vegans that have to take it on the chin . I cant remember the last time I had a vegan burger this bad . I hate to say anything bad a bout this place but they need to up their game and do a great dirty burger for vegans as they do animal eaters. Great pub though ."

"The manager who was on tonight was lovely I couldn't fault her at all and I thank her for her kindness, but my burger meal was nice, my sister's fish and chips were delightful and my mother's koftas were cold and same too were the first onion rings that came out. Even though they changed it, when I made the waitress aware of it not as much of an apology, but she gave a vacant response and walked off, when my mother made the the waiter aware of her koftas being cold he gave her that look as if he didn't believe her until she said give it a feel. Thankfully my mother didn't mind eating it as cold as it was but the fact of the matter was the food took too long to come out so I wonder was the food waiting in the kitchen to come out because the time it took to come out shouldn't have come out cold like it did. The very kind and understanding manager who I spoke to at the end took my feedback on board and wasn't rude or standoffish about it and was kind enough to knock off some of the faults of the menu off that bill which was kind of her. I was disappointed because I came last year and I loved it and I couldn't wait to come back a year later for the same experience to which i didn't quite get tonight. I think some of the young staff there need more training on their waitering and customer service skills, I did also feel like you had to give the staff signal for them to take your order too otherwise you were sat waiting and also we had to ask for the food menu which should've been given to us when we were shown our table. Apart from the the view errors it's not stopped me from wanting to come back but it's not somewhere I wish to book again in a hurry sadly and it dissapoints me a lot! The food needs to be spot on because it isn't cheap to eat here and the young staff working here need to be a little bit more attentive otherwise the again for third time the manager in charge was faultless."

"4 of us went last night. Didn't book, 25min wait which wasn't a problem at all so went to bar had 1 drink and our table was ready after 15mins! 3 burgers salmon...all gorgeous! I had the beef brisket burger fries and side of beer battered onion rings...gorgeously yummy! Service was spot on. Lovely chilled warm atmosphere low lighting and warm. Will be going to Liverpool Cosy Club in 2 weeks interesting to see how matches Leeds???"
