"This is a hidden gem with excellent pricing coming from a larger city. The plate was large and the pork was very good! Not dried out or over flavored. They even had Kentucky style sauce. The dessert was fabulous. Never experienced a sinker before. Loved it! Waiter was a kind and attentive young man with a smile. I would go back for the other menu items because I bet they don?t disappoint! Just a short ride from Hickory"

"I kept here for lunch during a ride. The interior was missing, but the outer deck overlooking the river was beautiful. We both got the Reuben sandwich and they were great. I have a side of green beans that were some of the best green beans I've ever had. My husband has the Coleslaw and it wasn't good at all."

"What a great find! The food was delicious and they also served Seafood, so a good option for those who don't eat meat but others in the group do. We all had something different, and each dinner was as good as the next. Service was attentive. You cannot go away hungry, there is food aplenty!"

Friendly service, good food. Had a fairly busy crowd for a weekday lunch. Good to know that there is an option in Morganton for a vegan meal."

"This place was a pleasant surprise, and I'm glad my wife and I checked it out. We came on a Sunday around 12pm and we were seated promptly. It wasn't too busy, and there was ample seating.For starters, we got the Papaya Salad, which included carrots, tomatoes, fish sauce, lime, and peanuts with cabbage on the side. The flavors are very strong, but I liked it that way the fish sauce comes through heavy but delicious.I tried the Pho Lao, which included beef, brisket, tripe, and meatballs the portion size was very generous, the flavors were all great, and I finished my bowl satisfied.My wife tried the Pad See Eew with tofu, which was wide rice noodles with fried tofu, broccoli, carrots, eggs, snow peas, onions. It was also tasty and was a very generous portion.The service was very nice, quick, and helpful in explaining some of the questions we had. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for the portion size of our dishes. The space is well kept.I plan to come back when I'm in this area to try out more dishes!"
