"Not fancy, food comes up from the basement kitchen in aluminum takeout containers. But the eggs were cooked as I liked. The potato’s were great and it’s all vegetarian the all the time special is $6.50 (pictured, eggs, home fries and toast plus coffee or tea). Cheap for Manhattan. Hot chocolate comes unsweetened which is good for me because it’s usually way to sweet for me. Sugar in the raw is available. I’m coming back."

"We were looking forward to some good Thai food but were left disappointed. While the ingredients seemed fresh everything we ordered was much too sweet, to a degree that it overwhelmed all other flavors, which is a feat for Thai food. It's a shame cause the service was great and the atmosphere was very pleasant."

"Beautiful place, small menu, but great service and eating! have been sitting with two friends and sharing all the food. we had greens, rips, goats and dirty rice. the whole food came fast and was great. music wasn't too loud. even though the place can be cramped. note, the restaurant can be difficult to see from the pavement. very easy to reach from the 1st street."

"What an amazing experience at bareburger on Laguardia Place! We came for a family lunch specifically because they offered a tremendous amount of gluten-free options, and were not disappointed! Elina and Dario are nothing short of spectacular! On this busy, rainy Saturday Elina was the only server on the floor and was friendly, warm, professional and made everyone at the table feel special! Get the Brussel Sprouts, you won't be disappointed!!"
