"We keep giving this restaurant a try and everything is just too inconsistent. The time before this attempt, the waiter incorrectly described the ingredients in the chicken salad. This time the spinach dip was actually spinach and artichoke dip. The steak frites was super salty. Don’t think we will give this restaurant any additional tries."

"We are very impressed by this restaurant and food! We wanted some late night bbq and had heard great things about Willards. At 7:58 last night I called her to ask if they took our order, and they gave us time to finish at 8. We ordered the bbq meal for four, and although they did not prepare ribs (part of the meal), the chef came by, he said it would make it fresh for us, and also thank US for waiting. When someone who previously worked in the food industry, I was shocked that they went out to cook us food when they were officially closed! They also offered us extra maize bread and Mac and cheese as extra because it was the end of the day. Win! There were 4 people on the staff, one helped us with the up and two others helped the cook in the kitchen / with cleansing. All were very friendly; again, I know that we kept them from closing the store for the day, so they expected us to hurry out of the door. When we came home, we were stolen in the selection before us. Dinner for four fed five people and we have plenty of leftovers. Literally everything was good: we received the Ruck Chicken, bbq ribs and Brisket. The green beans were beautiful and tart by cutting the heavier flavors, and the meal came with pimples and three kinds of sauces. Willard is with this wonderful first impression, you have ensured that we will come back in the coming years! Thanks for your service."

"I regularly stop by the food truck on my way home to pick up (yummy) bbq if I don 't feel like cooking after dance classes, busy pickups/dropoffs/etc. Usually adore their ribs and chicken, though sometimes their pulled pork can be a little dry. Awesome sides though all of them, and great variety of sauces, tho a little spicy for the kids. But today they blew me away (Hoggmeister 's and Square). I picked up bbq for a dinner by the pool house across the street, and they had forgotten my smoked chicken order. Well, when my Square receipt came up, it allowed me to rate my experience and I mentioned I didn 't receive the chicken. Now I do live in the nearby neighborhood by their regular truck location, but their main owner (Adam, I think) went out of his way to send chats, and then delivered not one but TWO smoked chickens to my house, which is perfect for freezing and storing for a meal later this week. I 'm so impressed by their customer service, you can be sure that I will recommend them to all my friends and family going forward for this above and beyond act of kindness!
