"Passing through here and we were wanting some real bbq and this place was awesome. Our server Makayla was great and the food was amazing. "It was very pleasant to enter without ordering haste. I had the polishing sausage plate w/2 sides and a roll with a drink... it was cumbersome as well as filling!!! Joy Beyers the General Manager and their staff are very attentive to what you want and make sure you are satisfied with everything!!! Would definitely recommend Dickey to everyone who wants good grill, but has no time or want to make it yourself!!!"

"ALERT: THE MOST SCENIC SETTING FOR BBQ IN AMERICA. DINE ON THE PATIO IF YOU CAN. We were here for dinner, and started with a jalapeno bottle cap appetizer $5) followed by a 3 meat plate turkey, ribs, sausage) with 2 sides onion rings, seasoned chips) that we shared. Add in one refillable soft drink and in all, the bill came to $28.58 plus tip. The rib meat was tough, and did not separate cleanly from the bone. We noticed that other diners around us were having the same problem, so would not order this again. In contrast, the turkey was moist and nicely smoked, while the sausage had good snap and excellent flavor. The onion rings and seasoned chips were both winners, but the real star of the show was the jalapeno appetizer, which we would rate a must do dish."
