"First I want to say that I always read reviews but rarely give them; but this place deserves one because people need to know how good it is. We are traveling from Texas and this is hands down the best BBQ I’ve ever had! The ribs are phenomenal!!! If we ever find ourselves in Savannah, GA… we will be coming back to this restaurant. It’s been the best meal we’ve had so far and the staff was very friendly. Do yourself a favor and stop by this place"

"This was great! My family and I were staying in Savannah but opted to drive 15 min out of town to try this down-home bbq place, knowingly not going for a super nice atmosphere, as it was in a parking lot. But the food was great and we got to sit outside on picnic tables. I gotta say, I wasn’t blown away with any specific item on the menu, but it was true authentic great tasting bbq."

"One of the best meal I had in Savannah. Started off with a cup of Gumbo. So damn good but pricey for a CUP of soup. For my entree I ordered the red snapper which was seared to perfection. It came with rice and asparagus. I also ordered 2 extra sides, Mac n cheese and collard greens. Both were very good. Service was very good."

"Great food, reasonable prices, brave locals. I believe this situation has the potential to be one of the largest restaurants in the larger Savannah area. The bacon and cheese frits I ordered were very good, probably the best I have ever seen since the Baconator. Very recommended for a casual brunch or a downtown date."

"My man and I had a good experience here. guinness and harp on design were really fresh and very well tasted. we ordered both the fish and the chips and the Irish egg rolls, which were absolutely delicious and cooked for perfection. the waitresses were extremely helpful and cared for us. I like this place, but I would consider it a bar in the truest sense of the word and not as a place to bring children. I know they have every night live music and I heard the waitress that everyone who plays there since he opened up played there."

"The food is okay, nothing special, order and pick up at the switch. The hot plates are generous portion sizes, but you get whatever meat they made on this day with a choice of page. For lunch, the price is ridiculously high. A sandwich on white bread with a side of frits and soft drink should not be $15 or more. Everything is a la carte. The chicken salad was too salty to eat, they replaced it with a turkey sandwich and enough fries for 3 people, but until then was simply not worth the effort and the lunch break was over. It is a popular place for people working nearby to sit for a lunch, but I won't be back."

"Everything here is just delicious, we were a few times and I was never disappointed. Friendly staff, food comes fast and it is always fresh and hot. You love the house made clothes, bbq sauces and ketchup. They even cover local honey for their sauces."
