"Great food and great people! I would highly recommend Mission BBQ. All the meat is slow smoked in house (no vac packed stuff from a central kitchen here) and the sauces are all homemade (though the meat doesn’t necessarily need sauce it’s just as good without)."

"Pulled pork soft tacos (3 of them) with a spicy Mac n cheese and crunchy apple cider vinegar very light mayo slaw. I am from San Francisco and seek out cool BBQ when traveling. Nicest quick lunch I have had in a long time. Mark, the owner, makes everything from scratch including his own dried chili?s for seasoning. Great flavor chemistry ratios (savory spicy lightly sweet). Mark gets it. Easy off I-10 and parking area too. I have star?d this in google maps to hopefully stop again someday. Just great. January 2022 update: stopped again. Great spicy Mac n cheese topped with rib meat. Crazy good. Thanks Mark!"

"Delicious meat portions are a bit of light for a meat eater. I had to place an order of wings, but hats to the pit master who cooked for perfection. The sauces were great. Server was friendly welcome. There is a bar for solo eaters like I had the possibility of a table. That was nice. Would eat again."

"1st time visiting this restaurant. Wife and I got two 3 meat plates and because of a Facebook deal got 6 free wings. We got mild wings with blue cheese. Wife got brisket, pulled pork, and smoked sausage. I got brisket, chicken, and smoked sausage. The food was pretty tasty. Brisket is a tad dry but flavorful, and you get plenty of it. Chicken was moist and well seasoned. The sausage was very good and had a mild spice to it. The wings were delicious and the sauce was good. Sides were well made and the collard greens were probably the best item we had. Would definitely try this place if you could. Docked one star as the food came out a tad cool but not cold enough to complain at the time, and to be fair this was the only thing we could even complain about at all."
