"SO underwhelming. Yes, it is a new place in Anchorage, and we Anchorage-ites get all excited when some chain from the lower 48 moves up here (witnessed the lines of traffic around DQ when the first one opened up here), BUT...so underwhelming! The positives: there's a great positive energy when you walk in. The staff behind the serving line greet you pleasantly, the decor is new and modern, and the place just feels...happy. There's a lot of options in the food case and the servers spoon it up into your container very cheerily. The negative: the food. It is the Americanized blanded-down version of Chinese food. Not bad, just nothing special. Totally forgettable, unfortunately. It is truly American/ fast food."
