"DO NOT GO HERE EVER!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! First off, the service there was horrible!! They weren 't that busy when we got there but you would have thought it was the busiest they have ever been. Our server kept calling my ol ' man baby , sweetie , honey , all names you shouldn 't be calling a guy that isn 't your man and definitely not when he is on a fate with his ol ' lady. Our order took 48 minutes from the time we ordered till the time it got to our table. 48 MINUTES!! I was starving by this time and dove right in to my dinner. All my food was COLD!! Not even room temperature, I 'm talking cold. It felt like someone had stuck it in the fridge till they brought our order out. I got half a French Toast triangle and hald a sausage link down before I touched all my food and realized my whole order was cold. I totally lost my appetite and didn 't touch my meal till my ol ' man was down with his dinner. His was warmer than mine but still not hot, fresh. I got to-go boxes to take my food home to my dogs to eat. It was an overall disaster and I promise you I will never go back to this location ever again!! Disappointed and disgusted!! "

"Hostess seated my husband and myself in the very back room and did not inform anyone. We sat there for about 15 minutes and weren't even greeted by anyone. We finally were greeted and she came back a few minutes later, by then we just got up and left. Update: The manger made it right for us. We were given a gift card and used it last night. We did not see anyone that was on shift the night of the bad experience, so no one knew of the other experience, so they were not trying to just make up for it. We received excellent service from everyone. Our waitress Kiley was just the best she was very attentive and friendly. We had a great experience! Thank you for making us want to come back!"

"The place doesn’t look like much from the outside but once you’re inside the dining room has all sorts of photos celebrating Eisenhower to the delight of any history buff. The menu was hard to choose from all tasty choices. I settled on the Ike’s Texas burger with onion rings. Very good! My friend got the bourbon salmon but the broccoli was not warm. He took care of us very well, very attentive to our needs. what I really admired about Franklin is the fact that he was very attentive and friendly for everything that was in his area. "I feel Dining experience is great but To Go is a NO! Ordered soup/salad and my soup was just broth, i did find two potato slices in there I guess that's good enough. Also they totally ignored my request for no onions, and olives..Yes I simply picked them out but the onion flavor lingered. I also asked for extra dressing and that was a no go too. I resorted to Kraft Italian which ruined the flavor. Bread was super hard but I dipped it in my broth to soften some. I was hoping to find maybe a package of cheese for my salad but I guess they don't offer that. I most likely won't order to go again."
