"Placed a pick up order and came in to pick up when they said it would be done. The meal was not done when they said it would be. Long wait times. I waited an extra 20 minutes in the waiting area. My food came out and they forgot my meal I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to find it. I finally got my food. And it wasn't hot. I ordered the cajun chicken alfredo, extra biscuits and two orders of snow crab. My order came to $61.15. It was very subpar for the money. The cheddar biscuits which are the crowning achievement here were blah. I wasn't really impressed at all. Between the customer service, wait times, food quality and temperature. I've been to better Red Lobster locations and had better quality food in the past. I will not be coming back to this location."

"My girlfriend and I went to the Jason Mraz concert last Saturday night. We wanted a local restaurant and selected Ralph 'n ' Rich 's. We order 2 glasses of wine to accompany the swordfish special we ordered. Ordinarily, the server would ask how our food was after a few minutes but did not. The food was great but service so so."

"Taco Loco is our long time fave for Mexican. We don’t go often but know we can count on a well prepared meal and tasty margaritas. We sat outside which was our preference but patio area faces a busy thoroughfare thus more noisy than desired. Service was good although food took longer than expected and the waiter came by twice to say it was coming soon. Portions seemed to be bigger than I remember and some of us took home leftovers. Liked that our meals included a healthy portion of vegetables broccoli, etc instead of the traditional refried beans. Swordfish fajitas and shrimpscallop enchiladas were both filling and tasty. Tacos were also good. Sangria red nothing special, though frozen margarita was good. We recommend"

"Food was OK. Server was attentive and polite. We were on a tight schedule for hospital lab appointment. Food was late, 30 minutes from order to served. We had to eat rapidly and wife had to use to request go box. There were very few customers present. Doubtful of either of us returning."

"I remember I stopped ordering from them years ago becauseif you give them a tip they had an attitude as if it weren’t enough!!!! I mean I stopped ordering for years that and because of the nasty tone in their voices. TODAY!!! has certainly done it for me! I ordered A meal with WHITE RICE!!! because even as a child I did not like pork fried rice I don’t even eat pork) They sent me a plate with pork fried rice. I called them to let them know and she said to me well white rice and fried rice almost sounds the same..So I said well that’s not my problem if he did not hear he should have made sure! She goes well it’s the same thing...I said NO it’s nowhere near the same hung. In which I then said Point blank PERIOD! I just want to know how you plan on fixing my order at this point because she was being rude!...Her answer was..Well if you don’t want it bring it here and we’ll give you your money back!.....I will never order from them ever again! Horrible costumer service! And very rude!!!"
