"Salting is one of the best places to eat pasta in good airs keeping an excellent ratio price quality. the place is small set as a canteen, young and relaxed. The food is excellent. at night it is convenient to book because it is filled. the ravioles of sweet potatoes with steaked almonds are insuperable."

"Didn't delivery in taste. We did the 4 course 400 pesos menu and the first dish was a pleasant beginning. Cous cous salat with a grilled endive, lemon creme and a pesto. Second dish was gizzard in a heavy creme sauce. A bit surprising since they told us it was a no meat menu with shrimp and bacon as the only meaty features. But I guess meat here equals beef. It was just a bit to fatty and tasteless. And when the main course with the ham wrapped shrimp was based on the same creme sauce and overcooked broccoli with the addition of cheese it's just to much. The dessert was nice, but again a heavy chocolate cake is maybe a bit overkill. To sum up. It was a tasteless experience. First and last dish and the included wine was nice, but since this place is run by two celebrity chefs (I might be wrong) you'll expect more. A really nice place and atmosphere. But ad some freshness and spice to the dishes and the experience would be complete."

"I’m not really sure what the fuss is all about. It is a small and cramped restaurant. The service is friendly but not exactly switched on. They have two seatings per night, and if you have the 20:00 slot, they do emphasize strongly that they...want the table back at 22:00 sharp, but if you show up at 19:50 they won’t let you in. (Go figure). In terms of food, the Ahumado and one of their sausages are outstanding, but the rest is fairly run of the mill. I don’t think there is a compelling reason to visit this restaurant."
