"Generous portion size, but the quality of deli meat is very lackluster. For the price I was expecting the sandwich to be higher quality. The broccoli and cheddar Homemade Soup of the Day was delicious. Overall the order was accurate, they offer generous portions, just expected a higher quality lunch meat."

"I want to take the time to acknowledge Mr. Edrick Williams, GM at the Ruby Tuesdays in Clermont , Fla. My wife and I have been regular customers here for the past seven years, and know of the history. Prior to Covid, this location was thriving and I would rate them a five star site. After the Covid journey, the food industry took a plunge, and some restaurants have yet to recover. Ruby Tuesdays here in Clermont took a nose dive, and was on life support for some time. We still came here and agonized with the slow transition to stay open . I am pleased to report that since the arrival of Mr. Williams the Phoenix has risen. What a pleasure dining at Ruby’s again. Since his arrival, we have noticed a tremendous turn around in food quality, taste, and service. It’s obvious to us that Mr. Williams leads by example, and I wonder if he ever sleeps.! He seems to be there all the time, and his efforts are being felt and recognized. I gave them four stars for now, however, the improvements being made will rate a five star soon. Mr. Williams is a consummate professional and takes care of his patrons. It’s obvious to me that his staff truly cares for him, because the strive to excel. With this type of atmosphere , this location will soon return to its glory days and in my opinion will exceed all expectations. Well done Mr. Williams, you are an amazing young man , an asset to The Brand and a testament to humanity. Bravo Sir, from a pleased Patron. "Eating is good and prices fair, but every time I order online, there is a problem with my order. for the first time, only 1 article from my ultimate nachos was missing, so I didn't say anything. for the second time, 4 articles of my green goddess were missing, so I reported it and they gave me a refund. today I ordered Southwestern chicken salad and truthahnsandwich when I came home and opened the bag, there were only 2 boilsalates; So I had to go back. if I ever order again, I will check my order before I leave the restaurant. very frustrating?"

"Okay, but not the best Applebees in Central Florida. Appetizers were served fairly quickly and were decent and the first round of drinks came soon after ordering. Unfortunately, it was downhill from there. Soup that we ordered never came, steak was over cooked and tough ordered medium rare, got well done) and shrimp that was ordered never came. Server was missing in action for quite a while so we couldn't get the issues fixed, nor could we get drink refills for the rest of our visit :"

"I would normally give 5 stars but I called ahead seating and still had to wait 35mins then when I got my food it was cold I kept the pork chops and asked for Alfredo and asparagus to be recooked they said no problem right away I still waited another 10 minutes or more so I had to have it to go because my family was already finished their dinner the server was very nice I understand it wasn't her fault that is was the kitchen so I gave her the tip she deserves but not so happy with the management because he really didn't do anything to make sure my food came out right away"

"We just moved to the area and wanted to find a good Chinese food place near us. On our trip to Publix we decided to eat in Shanghai. The staff was pleasant and they have a sign that says the food lasts longer because it is short. We just ordered two items and they were in 10 minutes, so that was fast for me! At first we couldn't smell out of the bag what I thought was strange, because usually you can smell how good it is, but when we came home, we noticed that it was tightly sealed and when we took a bite from our food, it was delicious! I'm glad we found a good place nearby. It's gonna be okay. Picture: chicken broccoli with fried rice and general TSO chicken with white rice and without vegetables."
