"My shrimp and clams were fine. My okra and fries however, were soggy. Like they were actually mushy and wet. I asked for extra tartar sauce and d's sauce but I didn't get any. My food was delivered to me so I couldn't even enjoy my catfish feast or appetizers because I had nothing to dip them in. I hate dry food. They did manage to give me butter for my corn and vinegar for my fish but that's it. The jalapeño bites are my favorite thing to get here but they tasted old. The majority of this meal went into the trash. What a disappointment."

"I'm vegan so I went to this place so hesitantly, but was very satisfied with my order and enjoyed finishing my meal at the Memorial Park nearby. Customer service was cool. I love how they kicked the tofu. It'll be back when hungry. Thank you."

"Gift card city!!! They have gift cards on sale. You can get a $25 gift card for only $15 with a coupon. It's so great! It's just in time for Christmas and it's a great gift. Two people can easily eat for $25. You might just have to leave a tip. It depends on what you order and if you go for lunch or dinner. I think our family is going to love getting a gift card and we save $10 on each gift card!"

"Had a really delicious meal today. Simple grilled salmon with broccoli and Italian salad. We also ordered shrimps and scallops with angel hair in vodka sauce with salad. The vodka sauce was very tasty, not as strong/saure as Marinara. Then the crowning glory a piece of warm Limoncello bread pudding with vanilla ice cream. It's heaven on a plate! Wow. Great service."

"I gave up eating at Applebees around 10 years ago because the food quality was awful and the restaurants were not clean. Tonight, my family wanted to try it and I agreed to go, as long as I could turn around and walk right out if it was dirty. I was pleasantly surprised to see the restaurant was clean and so were the staff. Our servers name was Happy and she lived up to her name. She was one of the best servers I have seen in a very long time, especially in Jacksonville. The food was really good. I had the Mushroom Swiss burger, my husband had the Rib-lets and my son had shrimp. All were extremely good. I was surprised to see the lower rating on here after our experience. We will be going back and I hope we have another great experience."

"We went to free days because we were in buffalo and enjoyed their food. it was a night and only a casual dinner. we ordered wein and after a long wait was said that they were from one of the five selections on the menu. we should forgive the new bartender for the delay. we chose another wein not, then another and finally got a glass. we were surprised at the time to get our meals, as it was not very crowded. I ordered a special one that was on the menu and the result was not even close to the photo they showed. the chicken was dry and hard and the garnel (two) were boiled. it should have green paprika, but no one should be seen. it will be a long time or never that we go again."
