"I tried to reach out to the corporate office via a comment link on its webpage, but it 's been a week and I have not heard anything....so here it goes. We have been frequenting the Mount Laurel location for a while now, every Friday night. Before the winter hours kicked in, we would eat there, but now that they are closing at 8:30pm, we just get takeout. We get there NO LATER THAN 8:10, but usually just a few minutes past 8pm. My favorite thing to order is the Southwest Grain Bowl. We had walked in last Friday by 8:05pm. There was a line. They were busy. When it was our turn to order, I ordered the grain bowl and was told that they had already put the grains away. This is the second time this has happened. The first time the girl (who I am assuming was the supervisor said she could get it for me but it would be cold. I went with it, but couldn 't understand why it was already put away. This time, the girl waiting on me said she had to check to see what she could do. WHY, if you are still open for business, ARE YOU GETTING READY TO CLOSE????? Ridiculous. My attitude that night already was not positive because the week before the girl (who i think is the supervisor lied to me because she accidentally put carrots in my grain bowl instead of squash. When I questioned it she blatantly lied and said, it comes with carrots, I don 't know why they don 't have it listed. I am not one to make a scene, so I let it go, but ended up picking all of the carrots out because I didn 't like them. This Friday, I had had enough. I walked up to where the one girl was asking about what to do and I said something like, Forget it. We 're leaving. This is ridiculous that you put food away when you are still open. We will not be coming back. I also want to note that from our experience at this location, not one of the workers seems happy. They all look like the couldn 't be bothered. Not a great way to do business. Don 't get me wrong... I love Saladworks (the ones in Marlton are great! ... just not this location, nor am I happy with corporate, since they never followed up with my query."

"I had SUCH. AN. AMAZING Experience in Panera today! My best friend and I came to dinner and we had confusion with our salad orders. My friend got a salad other than she expected when she ordered and was not satisfied with her meal. At once, one of the employees named June (exit to June!, approached our table and offered another salad for my friend to make. Neither I nor my friend expected this kind of kindness; and June did not fail us! She offered and made a new salad for my friend, although we insisted not because of the work it would be. She insisted that we are satisfied with our meals and even offer free cookies for us. What an amazing experience, it really did our day!"

"TGI IS A FRAUD NOW!!! I'm updating my review because everytime I visit TGI, the quantity of food keeps decreasing. I ordered boneless wings for $12 (btw they're INSANELY PRICED) and ended up receiving only a few pieces. I was still hungry after eating them, let alone sharing with another person (btw I don't have a big appetite). This is insane! I'm going to have a chat with customer service about this problem and I'll demand a refund."
