"L 'unico vero autentico ristorante giapponese a Perugia. Il ristorante è piccolino, accogliente e molto semplice. Ad accogliere gli ospiti c 'è la proprietaria giapponese che parla benissimo l 'italiano. In cucina sembra ci sia solo un cuoco giapponese. La cucina è quella che i giapponesi mangiano abitualmente, niente sushi, sashimi o nigiri. Piatti che io adoro, ma qui si mangia molto meglio! Ho provato praticamente tutte le tipologie di piatti nel tempo e sono tutti ottimi. Fatevi anche raccontare i piatti dalla proprietaria che è disponibile e paziente. Posso consigliare di assaggiare gamberi e broccoli, assieme ad una tipologia di don. Certo che è difficile rinunciare ai secondi o ai piatti del giorno, ma questo è un ristorante che ti fa ritornare! Non rinunciate però ai dolci. Provate i veri mochi, c 'è ne sono per tutti i gusti. Ma non andate via senza aver assaggiato il Kasutera con il gelato al macha (il mio preferito) o al sesamo. Il prezzo è super conveniente. In 3 persone, 3 piatti tra primi e secondi, 2 birre giapponesi, acqua, un contorno, 3 mochi, 2 Kasutera con gelato, l 'ultima volta (giugno 2022) abbiamo speso non più di 65 euro. Una nota di colore: la proprietaria pronuncia Giapp-one all 'italiana, non pronuncia One in inglese. Posso dire che è uno dei ristoranti migliori a Perugia in assoluto."

"I know the place and the quality of its products. is the fixed stop at every perugino stay. the 3 stars are referred to an event that occurred last night. I'm going to the city to have dinner here. I read the times: closing at 23.00 I take the car and from the hotel I go to the center, parking at the pelicans (for a fee) and I go to the square. at 22.30 I was told that the club only goes away. we are two people and we would quickly eat dinner, take it from takeaway and return to the hotel would mean to have made way for nothing and especially to eat cold food. There's nothing to do, the place just needs a run. we would have done before customers already seated (they are left not earlier 23.15) update the times, or respect them, and I will update the review. I would never dare to give 1 star, for berry, given the quality of raw materials. However, finishing the service 30 min before the time indicated on the internet is a style fall. Just update it, and only a few minutes."
