"On March 20th the restaurant located in Bath we were charged the bill of another table bill no. SQA8-D7HV), had to fill in a form and we were told by Kalia we had to pay the total amount for the correct bill BWH6), and we would get the money of the wrong bill 40,37 pounds) back within 5 days, which hasn't happened yet. I have called you and sent 3 emails, but haven't got any solution nor the money yet. :"

"This was my second time at the restaurant, I came 2 years and the food was a lot better. We had issues with all 5 of our mains however as we didn’t eat the whole day we finished most of the food. The risotto was way over cooked and had a awful chewy consistency, the steak was over cooked and needed to be remade. And the Carbonara had no bacon and was completely tasteless with little to no seasoning. We didn’t want to complain too much about the food, however our waiter asked us if we enjoyed the food and we gave her our honest opinion. The issues with the over priced and underwhelming mains put us off ordering dessert. Over all our waiter took some money of the bill but it kind of ruin my graduation meal. Won’t be coming back again."

"Authentic Italian cuisine. The pasta is not overcooked, as it is literally everywhere else. The Carbonara is the hands down what I've ever had, and it's also a decent size. Would recommend. 10/10"

"Service is always great, very friendly staff. The food however needs improving. We had a family feast from there, the buns that were in the window were quite hard and almost stale, the veg pasties (4 of them) were cooked on the outside but the veg was real hard in the middle. The whole meal pasty was also the same, too hard."
