"Brittany never fails to take great care of us. She let us know how pleasantly surprised the kitchen was at my huband asking for Nashville hot chicken tenders for his chicken tender salad. Food was all great. Hot rolls are addictive. Best was since we were too full for pie, my husband asked how much a whole pie would be since we could cut it into six pieces, it was a great deal. When I asked her if she could decorate it she smiled excitedly said we just made her day! As you can see, she is an artist! We’ll be back!"

"Wonderful food options with great service! I highly recommend Grill House. We enjoyed steak which was cooked perfectly, also the smoked Gouda mac cheese was delicious we shared a steak Oscar which was recommended off the menu. All in all; the food was wonderful. Very nice atmosphere. They also have private rooms you can reserve. We will definitely return!!"

"OMG this place was amazing. I'd compare the ordering experience to Chipotle. You choose your main/meat from a HUGE amount of choices, then your sides from an equally large list. The prices are reasonable, the portions are adequate (thankfully not a place that overfeeds you although you can order more if you're extra hungry). The employees seem to enjoy working there, which made the customer service great. Most importantly, the food...well, the food sent me toanother plane of existence, where it was just me and my plate, floating among the stars."

"I try not to go so often, haven't been in maybe a year, but they had delivery on their app so I tried it again. I have never gotten an order right from mcalisters. Something is always missing. I ordered carrot cake and didn't get anything. Missing drinks too. When I called they said they were out of carrot cake, no one tried to call and inform me before delivering? So odd. Delivery driver was the nicest tho, he tried to help as much as he could but there wasn't anything he could do"

"Why do I keep trying to give restaurants second and third chances? The food is crazy expensive now and it's not even worth what they are charging us. I guess I feel if I don't go for months maybe they would have gotten better over time. Well, I visited O'Charley's 11-13-22, and we were immediately seated. The waitress Gorgetta, (I think that's her name), was very polite. It took a while to place our order because I guess O'Charley's is still understaffed. She tried her best. But my absolute favorite thing to order here are the pepperjack cheese wedges. They used to be so good. Now, they are just average, not as spicy as they used to be. They were better today than the last time I visited about 5 months ago. I ordered the country style tenders w/mashed potatoes and broccoli. I am so disappointed with this food. The tenders were so tough. I tried to cut them with my fork, very unsuccessful. So, I got my knife and struggled to cut them. You would have thought I would have known something was wrong when I had to use my knife to cut chicken tenders. But O'Charley's pride themselves on their tenders in all the commercials. Well, not so today. Tough, old tenders, old mashed potatoes and extremely old, leftover broccoli. I cannot believe they would even put something that old and brown on my plate and serve it to me. Not sure how clear the pictures are but the broccoli was so brown and shriveled up I completely lost my appetite. I told the waitress at first that I would like some fresh broccoli. But after I tried the tenders and they were disgusting and old, I told her I do not want the food at all. My son's chipotle tenders on the other hand were fresh and tender and guess what, I cut his with my fork. His fries were not hot and he sent his old broccoli back too. So, what I gathered from my visit today is when you think you go into a restaurant like O'Charley's and think you are getting fresh food because it's an hour after they open, NOT!!! You're being served leftover food that they did not sell the night before. I guess the waitress also let the food sit for a while once it was prepared. Restaurants, please heed this advice, BRING ME MY FOOD AS SOON AS IT IS READY! The service was good though. The manager was polite, took the meal off. I refuse to pay for something I can't eat and enjoy eating. I don't have money to throw away! When I went to Myrtle Beach a month ago, that was my first time getting hot fresh food in so long. These restaurants in the south need to learn from them in the east."
