"We were in Saturday evening for dinner. We were not disappointed! Maxwell and the food was great. The ribs actually were ?fall off the bone? delicious. Our server, Maxwell, was attentive but not annoying as some server are. We felt that he actually enjoyed working at Outback and liked serving us. We left him a generous tip and he deserved it."

"This restaurant chain belongs to a friend of our future daughter-in-law, so she couldn't show us. this special restaurant is located in a shopping district. when we entered, the place was very empty and the people were very distant. whether this is a covid condition or a result, I don't know. she ordered a lot of dressed and asked that they be served family style, which means that we all shared pieces each. I can't remember exactly what they were because we were leaning back on their expertise. we had the sizzling rice soup, lo my, broccoli and beef and three others. the whole food was very good, but the sizzling rice soup took an extraordinarily long time to arrive. several checks with the waiting staff showed that it had been sent at least once for a to-go order, and perhaps after that it was forgotten. once it came, it was the last cure and was good, but of course, our appetite was eaten by then. even the group of 7 feeding, there were plenty of rest to go home with some of us. beyond the free picture of the place and a problem with a new young waiter who still learned how to deal with things and how to talk to customers, the experience was good. the future daughter-in-law told me that this restaurant is not the original that is in scottsdale and is regularly visited by the owner. it will be much better. I would repeat that if I were back in the Phoenix area."

"I am so disappointed by the experience and quality of the service provided by this location. the last time they messed up my order, I asked her to fix it and they gave me a stance and said I ordered the wrong one if on the entry there had the kind I ordered it with the cash. I also waited 15 minutes for my coffee while the female manager and her chefs gossiping over unnecessary things! this time I went in today. Nobody says I was ignored by the great male manager. my order was also wrong this time and they also gave me a piece of chicken on my buffalo sandwich! inacceptable! they forgot my sose and I asked if it had been in the bag! I type this position 25% each time you think they would take care of their customers. idk, what is wrong with the training on this site, but something needs to be fixed. Stop just hireing someone. hide people who can actually do their job, order correct, and offer excellent customer service without being negatiw and angry. we wouldn't have a problem if my orders were done right and I got what I paid for. please correct your personal management!"

"This was my 1st time at a McAlisters and I was McWowed! I had the New Southwest Steak spud with mac cheese, cucumber salad, broccoli c heddar soup, large signature ice tea last but not least NY double chocolate cheesecake. The spud entree was top five I ever had with alot of succulent steak slices, cheddar cheese sour scream and the potato was huge-enough food for a whole day and only $12 is a great value. The mac cheese was perfect-thick, creamy delicious. The broccoli cheddar soup was also a top five ever item for me! The NY double choc. cheesecake was rich, dense and super delicious. It satisfied my regular chocolate craving. Service by Manager Hector, counter staff Tara Ryan was top 1% at any restaurant I've patronized. This restaurant is run extremely well! The dining area is large, very clean with a pleasant upbeat ambience. This is the best deli restaurant I've been to in Tempe and top five in Arizona."
