"What was ordered: A kitchen supplied by alleged experts measured by alleged experts planned by alleged experts. Conclusion: A catastrophe Why: 1)No one of these experts made us aware throughout the process that our existing dishwasher (standard Siemens device) does not fit into the system of Ikea, but ensures that you have an 8 cm gap in the middle of the kitchen front. 2)We have not yet received (25.01.2017) the plans we paid to build the kitchen at all. Okay, that's not quite correct we got something, but in the size (no joke) of a business card. All the numbers and words are over each other. Soon called and get the same sent back two times. Until then the 5 employees found that the overall planning was incorrectly stored. in 2 months the furniture store has not managed to send us a plan. 3)In the overall support case, Ikea has asked me to torture me every time through the hotline that takes an average of 35min. If you had someone on the phone, I always got a call back. The contact then usually came via e-mail. Of course, with completely useless content, so you had to call yourself again! 4)I would have had to control what now would have followed, but by the whole Hick Hack (until today) it is my fault. When I wanted to sort and store all boxes for a month after that (yes all boxes are still distributed in the apartment), I noticed that the tap of 90€ was not delivered. I called to Ikea immediately and explained that I was already in contact with Ikea and that there were some problems and that the faucet was missing. The answer came without a break for 10 days... You have to buy new! . I have replied (still in a nice tone) that the whole situation is already very unsightly and I had other problems than looking for the faucet, as I had to supply my food for almost 2 months or go to a restaurant. I also promised her I didn't sell the tap on EBAY or anywhere else. As I said, if everything had gone normal and I would have missed this deadline, I would have been mad at myself and good, but with this prehistory, I would have liked the Ikea to get out of it a little bit. Damage incurred so far: Measuring: 100€ should be refunded after buying the kitchen but not happened. Planning: 150€ Planning and delivery is booked together with 300€ therefore take half. Faucet: 90€ Delivery service Restaurant visits since December: Much too Much I really can't find one thing that I can emphasize positive. How friendly one was treated until the purchase, the more you get kicked with your feet after the purchase."

"The last time I went to the IKEA restaurant and asked for vegan options, they tried to push their vegan meatballs #Plantbullar. Since I don't really miss meat today, I prefer it for less processed vegan options. I was also shown which vegan sides I can take with the vegetable meatballs. So I created a dish from a barely with vegetable side €1.00) and a soup €1.95) available on the day. At first they thought I chose the sides to take with the meatballs, but I told them I didn't want the meatballs. The soup wasn't bad, but the barley dish wasn't my taste. I wish they had the sweet potato Gnocchi €4,95) her once, I loved this dish. Morality of history... although the world becomes vegan-friendly, and restaurants like IKEA's catering for vegans, I still had to create a main page!"

"I was given a delivery date between 0700 and 1400 where I had to be on site. All right. I've been waiting, and I'm going to work around 1400. During this time no one came, otherwise much later. No one has reported or called to me to say they don't come. A few days later, new appointment was made. After that, I had to pay double delivery costs, although it wasn't my fault. I think it's pretty bad. Conclusion: order elsewhere as most other companies offer free delivery."
