"We tried the constantly changing menu 4 times and we order different dishes. the decor is great and we had a good service (especially yesterday evening). on the other side, eating is a lottery. I ordered gracious leg jam, which is cooked for 4 hours at low tempo, to the point that it has caramelized and the meat simply falls out of the bone and melts in its mouth. No! bone dry and bad taste, could not eat half of it, how could not cut the meat (even knife and my own teeth). my man venison was obviously nice. they made the customer-first gesture not to invite us for my court, which was appreciated and a bit easier. while the concept of the complete change of the menu makes every week fun, the cook always has to prepare new dishes so that not the chance to practice. perhaps every month would ensure better resistance?"
