"I am not a person who tends to write negative reviews but I felt compelled to do so after my disastrous experience at The Living Room. I Was part of a large group and we pre-booked our table and food for 7pm. It took 3+ hours for the 3 course meal (approximately £35 per person) to come out and still got some of our orders wrong. The food itself was very average and the chips are ridiculously salty! On top of that, it took additional 30 minutes to sort out the bill as they got that wrong too and to add insult to injury we got charged 10% service fee. Normally I would complain about such thing after such bad service but I was so desperate to get out there! The good thing out of this, is that I never died from starvation from waiting for my food."

"Me and my friends went for a friends birthday and when we got there we were told we had accidentally booked for 12am instead of 12pm. Then they told us that we couldn’t get our money back and then charged my friend £40 to change our booking to next week for a genuine mistake. As a group of teenage girls we didn’t have an adult there to help us with the situation and my friend was charged a ridiculous amount of money for a small mistake"
