"I took my grandson in to get ice cream all he wanted was vanilla with one cherry and a little bit of chocolate syrup. The woman behind the counter thought it would be cute to give my grandson an extrem amount of cherries with sauce. It was not. My grandson ended up waring the ice cream rather then consuming it. He was very upset. Being sticky is not his favorite."

"Do not go there!!! I ordered a waffle bowl of rum raisin ice cream and instead I was served a waffle bowl of pink ice cream without any rum or raisins in it. Again, the young staff with no enthusiasm or customer service etiquette. Asked for cherries, pecans and sprinkle toppings and the staff was less than generous with quantity served, especially when I asked for some syrup on top. Afterall, I was a paying customer I wasn't trying to ask for free ice cream, even though I"

"The staff is young but great!! Haven't had this illusive sandy texture from their hard serve ice cream but have had their soft serve be a bit too soft sometimes but still, great ice cream overall. Only place I'll come for pistachio and mint chip ice cream too. Totally reminds me of my summers as a kid when getting a huge ice cream cone from carvel for a dollar was a huge treat and something to look forward to."
