"Friendly people and super cheap, and they have brown rice, but eating is too tasty and they use msg in all dressed. the young lady told me that her mother insists on using her. they can understand that with so many people, especially the youthful, the spoiling of veg food, these people see the need to add it. It is also regrettable that this is so common throughout the country, even in the houses of men!"

"Usual selection of Jay dishes with Rice from the trays, often they have Penang, Massaman etc too! Ching Sin though have the best Yen Ta Fu in the city, absolutely love it.! Available on request! Their Khanom Jeen is brilliant too!! It’s great to come on a Sunday as they have Speciality dishes such as Khao Soi, Khao Yam, Nam Ngiaw, Hor Mok and sometimes even Vegan Pizza which actually pretty good …very unique to find Vegan versions of those dishes here in Hat Yai and they’re all very, very good quality Prices are very inexpensive as you’d expect with a Jay Cafe and staff are really lovely too…very homely feel… …Ching Sin is highly recommended, I go every week atleast"

"They serve Chinese style and Thai style. They keep the cooking utensils separated because some people who eat the Chinese style (for religious reasons) are very strict about purity. That's how the chefs are separated! The Chinese style does not use any food, while the Thai style can have eggs, as well as several things that avoid the Chinese style: garlic, onions, spring onions, chives. Prices are 40 45 for half of the menu, while the other half is 60 70 Baht. Various types of food. Menu is only Thai, but at least one of the ladies speaks some English. Vegans can order food without eggs. There are no other animal products used in food. I didn't ask, but they probably don't use MSG. The atmosphere is typical of many very informal Thai places. This place differs from the Chinese style places in that it cooked everything to order no food in tablets that you simply show. My lasted about 5 minutes, although there was no other at the time 11 on Monday. There were two chefs and at least two or three servers when I left. When I left, there were two or three people waiting for their food and go. Only brown rice. You're menu is divided into Fried Foods, Soups, Curries, Thai-style salads, noodles, and a few other things I don't remember. They have different drinks such as orange juice and other vegetable juices that I did not look into. No snack food, no food in small packages that you can take away and on. People seem to have a focus on health. Many tables, when you go back, past the small room with a few tables."
