"I brought my partner to Sprinkles as a birthday treat. The shop 's bright fuschia signage is quite the visual addition to the bustling Portswood Road. My partner ordered Belgian Chocolate Waffles, which came as a surprise for the both of us as the size of it was just short of a dinner plate. It had a soft interior that was enveloped in a crispy crust topped with fresh strawberries that he and I equally enjoyed. As for me, I ordered the chocolate cookie dough. Again, the serving was big enough that we struggled to finish both our orders. A spoonful of the cookie along with some of the the vanilla ice cream (served in a locked jar that came as a side) gave a completely amazing experience as the contrasting textures of the warm, chewy dough, the soft, cool, silky ice cream and the chocolatety fudge sauce it was laced with mixed well in my mouth. However, I have to admit that the sweetness was far too overwhelming. The saying goes just because you could, doesn 't mean you should, as too much sugar was added to each individual component that made up a single dessert (whether it was the fudge sauce, ice cream, or dough). In hindsight, it may seem silly to complain about overtly sweetness seeing as how we were in a dessert shop but everything I tasted here contained such a high level of sugar than what could be considered pleasurable to the palette. Nonetheless, I found myself craving for Sprinkles for a few days after having come here. Staff were friendly and it 's a great place to hang out. Although next time we visit, I 'll be sharing a dessert with my partner instead."

"I and my partner were thrilled to try the food to help the scheme that started in the august, and we came here on the first Tuesday of the scheme. but when we placed the order, the owner refused to give us the...50% and traded dodgy say he didn't know how to put it through the cash and let it be honest how hard it is to spend 50%. they sue the government which states that they have already received the food for half the price and then assert additional claims from the system. So in a way, they robbe the taxpayers money. I regrettably went with the order ahead and they accused me of the full price sauce, a woman who was obviously sick, went in coughing her därme up and they did not ask her to leave, so I asked that the desserts of eating be changed into a takeout, then I went with my partner and when we opened the box waiting to find an amazing crepe meant that we found so thinly covered to complete it, it did not come with the witness with which it was advertised. as seen and so on and I went my ice cream on top of it sour, the clear from the date and the Oreo pieces were soft. again clearly from the date. meant that they used the stock they had already locked up in the building in front of it. after I came to this conclusion and my partner refused to eat such disgusting desserts and back to a refund, the owner manager was rude and told us that we were wrong, he then aggressively thrown the desserts into the müll and we insisted that we wanted a refund so that he did not answer everything in order, what he was going to put me back, and that he did not put me back. he then insisted that the money in my bank account would be in 3 days. I knew this was a lie, then I returned after 3 days and after seeing on my bank statement that I was actually charged twice. I asked for a refund to a woman who works there, then she went to the back room and called the manager owner who had dealt with me before, and told me that I had to come back, if a manager was of course another lying obviously out of the 4 people on layer nobody knew how to refund. I asked when they were open the next day and she said that they were open at 3:00 p.m. and knew that the place was closed on the day that she told me that I came back so that it even said on the loading door that it was closed on that day. So I returned to that day and no one was there and the place was closed so that I returned when I knew it was open. I came over the owner manager and he was so unrealistic that he waited for 25-30 minutes for a refund and told me that he was busy doing more important things and then told me that I showed him my bank statement that is against the law, as covered by personal data laws dsgvo. I told him it was unnecessary, how clearly my actions showed that I had been accused twice that he was rude and had forced me to show him after he had admired me that I was sarcastic and said he wasn't so hard. he has broken the law, and then after 40 minutes was loaded, he gave me the refund and on the entrance clearly said refund. then he told me that I left, began to laugh in my face and again and again bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye bye. I do not ask for apologise that the desserts big and out of the days and the staff are happy about the cammer refuse refunds and treat customs like dirt! invest money in local business that it awakens! avoid at all costs"

"Love the atmosphere most nights of this place, couldn’t fault it really, the bar staff are brilliant and Mark on the security part is absolutely brilliant, happy to chat and makes it clear he’s there to look after everyone, not to ruin your fun, the music is a mix of most and it’s great, my friends and I also love that there’s the vinyl room with other music."
